if you're going to do that.. you should either just sleep for 45 minutes or a full two hours. it has something to do with the stages of sleep and full revolutions.. i vaguely remember it from psychology. but my friend who rarely sleeps told me it works for him.by the way.. i am in no way condoning sleep deprivation.. and yes you should get more sleep. heh
